Open Coupons in Marketing Tools
Go to Marketing Tools on the left-hand menu and click Coupons under Campaigns.
Access the Coupons List
Select Coupons List to view all created coupons.
Review Coupon Performance Overview
See a high-level summary showing how many coupons have been viewed and redeemed.
Identify Best-Performing Coupons
Quickly spot your top-performing coupon campaigns based on engagement and usage.
View Detailed Coupon Records
Scroll down to see the full coupons list, including coupon codes, campaign names, coupon names, contact names, and current status.
Filter Coupons by Status or Criteria
Use filters to search manually or narrow results by status: active, redeemed, expired, cancelled, or pending.
Export Coupon Data
Click Export CSV in the top-right corner to download your coupon data for reporting or analysis.
